30, 60 and 90 minute sessions are interactive and are offered via Zoom. These will be recorded for you to reflect back on.

15 minute energy check-ins are pre-recorded and uploaded to YouTube. This is intuitively lead and is not interactive like the live Zoom call. You will be emailed a private link when it has finished uploading. You do not need to be present.
