This is not psychotherapy/counseling: The Client is aware that the coaching relationship does not represent psychological counseling or any kind of therapy. The Client is also aware that coaching results can vary and are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that he/she/other is entering into coaching with the understanding that the Client is responsible for his/her own decisions and results. The Client also agrees to hold the Coach free from all liability for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of advice given by the Coach.
This is not a sexual relationship: The Client also understands and agrees that despite the sexual nature of discussions, they are not dating the practitioner. This in no way implies a relationship outside of the agreed upon terms and timeline. Any interaction that violates this will likely lead to discontinuation of care without reimbursement. The practioner has the right to determine at any time that this agreement has been violated. The practioner will not be sharing pornographic material of herself at any time. The Client is allowed to share pornographic material containing themselves with the practioner (or of themselves with consenting partners).
Client Session Contact Procedure: The Client shall contact the Coach as needed but will expect responses only at the agreed upon times which include daily check ins. If it is determined that the Client is regularly expecting the Coach to provide interventions outside of the allotted sessions they will be issued a warning. If the Client does not heed the warning, the pracitioner may cease care options.
Payment: Payment for 30 days is due up front prior to the start of the agreed upon 30 day period. Current pricing for new 30 day clients starts at $999. This price is not garunteed for future months. There are no refunds on any of offered services. If a package is made specifically for you at a negotated price, this amount will also be due up front.
Cancelation Policy: If the Client fails to make their appointment time, the Client forfeits that session, weekly sessions may be rescheduled within the same week with 24 hour notice given to reschedule. The Coach will make every effort to reschedule with the client.
Missed/Late Appointments: If the Client arrives less than 20 minutes late to a scheduled appointment they will be allowed the remaining time. If the Client is more than 20 min late, the appointment is forfeited and the appointment will need to be rescheduled with the practitioner at additional cost. If the Client is regularly late for appointments this may be cause for dismissal of care.
Emails/Texts outside of session: Emails or texts ARE allowed for 30 day clients, this allows them to download their thoughts to keep discussions on going. These messages will likely be addressed/answered during your scheduled times unless they pertain to scheduling or billing issues. It is best if the Client saves active discussion for scheduled sessions unless the particitioner requests otherwise.
Communication with your medical team: There maybe times when it is benefical to the Client to have the practioner speak with a member of the Client's healthcare team to help improve and coordinate care. Such practitioners may include but are not limited to: physical therapists, massage therapists, nutrionists, psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, sex therapists/counselors. The Client will be consulted regarding this contact prior to any information being disclosed.
