UTSA Camp - $200.00 deposit is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp. If dorms do become full, your school may be asked to attend camp as a commuter.

- Resident Female Coaches: if you bring more than two male participants to camp, you must bring a male chaperone to stay with them.
- All males (coaches, participants & bus drivers) will be housed together, separate from the females, either in the same dorm or close by.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

NCA-UTSA Cheer l (June 24-27)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due April 29, 2024.

Deposit is non-refundable after May 15, 2024.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than May 28, 2024.

Final and complete room assignment is due on May 28, 2024.

NCA-UTSA Cheer ll (July 15-18)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due May 20, 2024.

Deposit is non refundable after June 3, 2024.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than June 17, 2024.

Final and complete room assignment is due on June 17, 2024.

UTSA Cheer lll (July22-25)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due May 28, 2024.

Deposit is non refundable after June 11, 2024.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than June 24, 2024.

Final and complete room assignment is due on June 24, 2024.
MEAL TICKETS FOR COMMUTERS ONLY

These are for non-residents and are available for additional cost. The meals start with dinner on the first night of camp and end with breakfast on the final day of camp. We will keep you updated on meal ticket prices.
