UTSA Camp - Overnight, $200.00 deposit for each person is required and guarantees your bed and space in camp. If dorms become full, your school may be asked to attend camp as a commuter.

Commuting, $100.00 deposit for each person is required.

- Male coaches must bring a female chaperone to stay in the dorm with the team.
- Resident Female Coaches: if you bring more than two male participants to camp, you must bring a male chaperone to stay with them.
- All males (coaches, participants & bus drivers) will be housed together, separate from the females, either in the same dorm or close by.
- You will be required to complete a room assignment form with every person attending camp listed by name by each camp's due date.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

NCA-UTSA Cheer l (June 16-19)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due April 12, 2026.

Deposit is non-refundable after May 5, 2026.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than May 19, 2026.

Final and complete room assignment is due on May 19, 2026.

NCA-UTSA Cheer ll (June 23-26)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due April 28, 2026.

Deposit is non refundable after May 12, 2026.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than May 26, 2026.

Final and complete room assignment is due on May 26, 2026.

UTSA Cheer lll (July 14-17)

Deposit amount of $200 per person is due May 19, 2026.

Deposit is non refundable after June 2, 2026.

Remaining balance is due and payable no later than June 16, 2026.

Final and complete room assignment is due on June 16, 2026.
MEAL TICKETS FOR COMMUTERS ONLY

These are for non-residents and are available for an additional cost. The meals start with dinner on the first night of camp and end with breakfast on the final day of camp.
