During peak season, April-May & Sept-Nov, the lab is unable to approve most rush requests. We recommend expecting an order to take the longest timeframe as outlined on our Production Schedule page. The Full-Service department will contact you if we are unable to accommodate a rush request however, please contact us directly if an order is urgently needed.

The rush fee is 10% of the order total per day being rushed, with a minimum of $10/day. Shipping costs are not included in the calculation of the rush fees. By selecting this option, you authorize the lab to add the rush service fees to your order and/or to adjust the shipping method so that the order arrives by your need by date.
