If  you are a declared Psychology major at junior or senior level with (58) credits or more and have met with a Psychology advisor for at least two semesters, this form can be used for an advising hold or one-time course guidance.  You will need to use your MavLINK > Degreeworks to identify remaining requirements in red to include on the form. 

This form is not intended to be a replacement for advising. Instead, we make it available for students who have a firm grasp of their curriculum requirements and are sure about which courses they would like to take based on Degreeworks, the department checklist, the advanced lab/lecture guide, and known course sequence.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, although we aim for 24 hours.
Forms without courses included will not be processed.  Please place the courses you would like to take in your shopping cart in MavLINK, if at all possible.

If your courses are approved based on your situation, the advisor who reviews the form will lift your advising hold and you'll be notified that you're ready to register.
