Our suites are located in a high-visibility, high-traffic plaza, surrounded by steady walk-by clientele and local activity. This prime location gives you plenty of opportunities to market your brand and connect with potential clients. While each professional operates by appointment only, the area makes it easy to network, promote your services, and naturally grow your clientele.   • Limited Time Move-In Incentive for Believing in Your Brand!

    When you sign your lease at Enhance Beauty Suites, you’ll receive 1 week (Sun- Sat) of free rent to settle in as a thank-you for choosing our community. Regular weekly rent begins after your first week. Available pricing and suite sizes are listed below.

    A $99 refundable deposit is required for a space without furniture. A $150 deposit is required for spaces with furniture ( select suite spaces only)to reserve your suite and confirm your move-in date.

    ✔️ Deposit is fully refunded at the end of your lease if:
    – You complete your agreed lease term.
    – The suite is left clean and undamaged beyond normal wear.
    – No outstanding balances remain on your account.

    10 suites total. Our suites spaces do not have a water source inside them, but select spaces are designed to accommodate service setups this is additional to meet your needs. We have one shared single shampoo area available for stylists.

    Already have a clientele base.

    We also ask for at least a six month lease agreement.

    Any professional license if available that you may have.
