Deposit & Terms:
Pick up Times for pick up will be scheduled once final payment is made.
A retainer secures your event date. It is required and is not refundable or transferable. 50% of the order total is due within 24 hours of invoice being sent. Invoice is valid for 24 hours. If a second invoice is needed a processing fee of $10 will be applied. All last minute (14 days from event date or less) or orders $150 and under must be paid in full and/or rush fee will apply.
Order will be canceled if not paid on time.
Final payment must be paid 7 days before pickup, reminder invoice will be sent and if not paid on time a late payment fee of $50 will apply to balance to be paid within 48 hours or order will be canceled.

Any request for changes may be subject to price increase. We will try our best to accommodate any request for changes, please understand there are no guarantees.
