My travel planning process was designed to allow me to work with clients who are serious about planning their dream vacation. **PLEASE COMPLETE THE TRAVEL REQUEST FORM BELOW TO REGISTER FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP AND/OR GETAWAY** STEP 1 | Complete Travel Planning Form---My goal is to give you a great experience along with great pricing. STEP 2 | VACATION QUOTES- We ask that you allow 36-48 hours for a response with quotes to your email address that you provide us below. This will give us enough time to create a personalized vacation quote based on your desired destination and budget information that's given below. Quotes are ONLY good for 48 hours once they have been delivered to you for review. STEP 3 | SECURE YOUR DREAM VACATION! To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit or full payment at the time of price quote, being "Deposit Ready" at the time of the priced quote is very important. After vacation quote has been agreed upon, all payment information will be required to process payment to the vendor. Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payments.

During this time 3 separate quotes will be sent to you. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE Service planning fee of $25 for single bookings, Groups 5-10 & above a NON-Refundable fee of $35, NON-REFUNDABLE Service planning (Flight-Only)Fee of $40, NON-REFUNDABLE Service planning (Air-BnB) fee of $75 & NON-REFUNDABLE Service planning (Hotel-Only)Fee of $40 will be processed. NO exceptions. (i will send the square via Text)

Once the Service Planning fee has been submitted and confirmed, we will send a confirmation email within 36-48 hours with travel quotes.

Group Travel- Everyone MUST pay the deposit together.

Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with one of the quotes, a Credit Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process payments. Receipts will be provided for each payment given.

Cancellation Policy of Trip:

If you need to cancel your trip for ANY reason there will be an invoice sent to you from flyhighwithshadow via Square payment system, cash app or paypal for a cancellation fee of $10 per booking, which needs to be paid before your trip is cancelled, for groups 10 people or more its $20 per booking.
