Hi! I'd love to tattoo you! Please make sure you've read my FAQ page on my website before booking, it answers most questions about pricing, placement, appointment details, etc.
This form does not secure an appointment
- I tattoo both flash and customs- I have specific boundaries regarding customs, which are listed below
- I always prioritize flash over customs
- I am open to making very slight changes to flash designs
- Clients will pick out their flash in person from my flash book day of their appointment, but all available flash is always shown on the highlights on my instagram profile
- For customs- I will only tattoo things in my own style, I will not reproduce another artists work. Imagery that I enjoy is: anything in art nouveau, people, floral imagery, antiques, animals, occult imagery, fairytale inspired designs and anything vintage inspired. Chances are, if you don't see anything similar to what you were requesting on my instagram profile, it is likely that I will not accept your custom request.

- Be prepared to send a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to book. Deposits go towards the overall cost of the tattoo
- If you are wanting to book a consultation, please fill out the "custom" sections of this form, then put in the notes at the end that you would like to book a consultation. I go in more detail about the consultation process on my FAQ page on my website
**If your appointment request is accepted, I will send you a link to my calendar to choose an appointment date, Please allow 1-3 days for a response. If you don't get a response, your request has not been accepted, but feel free to submit another form next booking round!
