1. Cancellation/No Show Policy for Sessions Appointment

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee; your insurance company will not cover this. The ($25) fee must be paid before another session or clients will loose their registration status. 

2. Missed Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can happen however, we will allow 15 minutes past their scheduled time for clients to join, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment in the event that the client (Yourself or family memebrs) do not join the session. In this event there will be a Missed Appointment Fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).

3. Notice of Rescedule

The best way to contact us if you are unable to make your appointment is through email, this notice must still be within the 24hour period before the scheduled session in order to avoid the (twenty five-dollar fee; $25). If there is no notice or no show on a basis of more than 3 occasions, the client and therapist relationship will deteriate and there will have to be a termination of services for the duration of 3 months. Please note that we provide life changing services that require your fullest efforts and commitments, our time is precious in your healing journey.

Beloved Life Care is a private owned and opporeted ministry that performs virtual, in-person and telatherapy sessions for counseling, life coaching & chaplaincy. We recognize that any minors including children under the age of 18 years old, that are present during the call or virtual sessions are legally permitted by their legal guardians and present with an adult, unless otherwise authorized by the legal guardian. We acknowldege the confidientiallity and privacy of the personal information, files, discussions/conversations, documents and other media that is shared between the client/patient/ or counselee that is shared with Beloved Life Care. Any information that is reportable such as (Domestic violence, sexual or physical abuse of an individual or minors including (self-harm or suicide attempts), abuse of substances and drugs that may illicit harm of an individual, children, or others is reportable to authorites such as the police department or other repesentatives of health and safety. Technology & Distance Counseling Policy

Beloved Life Care is aware that the use of technology to conduct sessions may result in issues with connectivity, networking and service providers. We also acknowledge that at the failure of supported devices such as computers, telephones, or tablets may or may not occur during a session. In the event in which a session experiences technilogical difficulties, the session should be attempted to reconect 3 times in order to continue, if attempts are unsuccessful, the session will be rescheduled without charge.
