Orders under $200 have to be fully paid No Payment = No Order You have to pay upfront you can’t pay at pick up or deliver. Forms of payment: Square, Cashapp, PayPal, and Zelle (NO CASH). Changes To Orders For all products you’ll have 24 hours after the order is placed to add, remove, or replace any item in your order. After 24 hours has pasted since order placement you cannot change anything to this order. You cannot replace products in an order you will have to cancel the order and reorder the product that you want replaced. Liabilities On Orders I am NOT liable for any orders once it has been delivered or picked up. Order Cancellation If you need to cancel your order before the two day mark from receiving your order you will only be refunded 50% of your payment back. If you cancel your order after the two day mark of receiving your order you will only get 15% refunded back. Picking Up Contactless Pick-up is now required! You must stay in your vehicle I’ll bring your order out to you. You MUST have a mask on There will be absolutely no physical contact. Once you get to the pick-up location you will need to notify me which car I will need to take your order too. I will then come to your car show you your order and make sure your satisfied with your order. Next, I will ask you if you want your order placed in your trunk or in the back seat than place your order in the following options.Fail to pick up order will result in an nonrefundable payment also your order will be resold. Late Pick Up Orders Must be picked up at the agreed pickup time. After 15 minutes late without notifying me you will have a $5 late fee. After 30 minutes without notifying me you will have a $15 late fee. Delivery Delivery is ONLY available for Tampa Bay buyers. Bliss Giftz only deliver up to 20 miles from Sun City, Florida. Delivery starts at $10 for 10 miles if your delivery location exceeds that mileage you will have to pay a $1 per mile to your location. The rest of the fee needs to be paid at delivery drop off cash or card. Reminder Bliss Giftz only deliver up to 20 miles. You have to pick the delivery option to get delivery. For delivery someone has to be at the location during the time of the delivery I CANNOT leave orders at the location without handling it to someone at the location. If there is nobody at the location during this time you can meet me at the pick-up location during the availability timeframe. Delivery is not available on any hoildays only pick ups. When To Order Your order will need to be placed 5-7 days before the date needed. Refunds I don’t do full refunds I will only do 50% refunds back. Refunds will take up to 7-14 business days to be refunded back to you. Refunds are ONLY for order cancellations Rescheduling If you’ll like to reschedule for a another date for pick-up or delivery let me know 2 days in advance of your date of the order being delivered or picked up. Rush Orders If you need a rush order you HAVE to contact me directly to get the rushed order. Rush Orders means that you want your order received one to three days to the date that you are wanting your order delivered or picked up. Rush orders do have a fee of $20 that will need to be added to the payment. Full payment to all rush orders and orders over $100 Discounts & Add-ons Discounts must be added on when you are ordering, the discount can’t be added on after you have already made your purchase. If you will like to add-on a item to your order you will FIRST have to contact me to let me know in an advance then there will be a fee for add-ons that will need to be purchased during the process of ordering. Shipping Bliss Giftz ships nationally around the country. You will have to add the shipping option to get shipping. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to get delivered to you. Please make sure you are putting the correct name and address while ordering. Disclaimer If you have purchased a product containing chocolate and candy please remember to keep it out of sunlight and heat at all times to aviod melting. For Rush (last minute) orders, there is a possibility that some items/detail on or in the product will be out of stock. You must pay the full amout of your total amount for rush orders. Cash is not accepted If you purchase a out of stock product you'll have to wait till that item is back in stock to receive product.
