  • Registration is required to reserve your spot and includes lodging, meals, and classes.

    Limited to 65 participants.


    Class selection is confirmed upon receipt of registration fee.

    *Registration fee ($175) includes:
    • Activities on Friday, and Classes Saturday, & Sunday
    • Lodging on Friday & Saturday night
    • All meals including dinner Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast.
    • Event Shirt (Registration must be received by July 8th.)

     

    (Bedding and towels are NOT PROVIDED.) Please plan to bring toiletries, towels, pillow and bedding for a twin bed. Also, the ladders for top bunks have been removed, so please bring a stool or step ladder if you need assistance getting to a top bunk.

     

    Participants 14-17 yrs. old must be accompanied by a female participant over 18 years old.

  •  *A valid NWTF/WITO Membership is required. If you are new or your membership expires before July 31, 2026, you will need to add a membership with registration ($35).

  • Overnight Accommodations


    Lodging for Friday and Saturday night is included in the registration fee and is located in the Hazel Dillion lodge. There is a fridge available in the kitchen for medicine, please bring a small cooler if bringing something to drink other than what is provided. All rooms are downstairs with an elevator available. Each room has 4 bunk beds (8 people), private restroom and shower off each sleeping room and private access to outside. People will be assigned by room, not specific bunk. If all the bottom bunks are taken, and you don’t want a top bunk, you are welcome to pull the mattress down.

    Also, the ladders for top bunks have been removed, so please bring a stool or step ladder if you need assistance getting to a top bunk.

    Please choose one class for each session. (Extended AM/PM run two class sessions). Courses are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with a PAID registration.

    Class with * have age restriction, see description.

     

  • Friday Night Activities 6:30pm-8:00pm

  • Friday Night PM Activities:

    We will have various activities available after dinner, such as dutch oven desserts, games, and crafts.

     

  • Saturday Morning AM Sessions:

  • Saturday Afternoon PM Sessions:
