    Hi there! I am so excited having you here and cannot wait to get to know more about you and to help guide you along your journey to becoming your healthiest, happiest self. My approach to coaching is about educating and inspiring you to create a healthier lifestyle, to be present and enjoy every step along the way, to transform your body and therefore mind and become that confident, empowered version of you, that Goddess within you! Face to Face Coaching has a minimum of 8-week commitment, and online coaching requires a 12-week commitment. After this, you will continue on a week-to-week basis until you provide a 7-day notice period of cancellation. Let's embark on this exciting journey together!
