You will need to provide photos of yourself to be a model and this information will be held on a database (if you would like to be removed at a later date then please send an email). when sending images please take note of the below items 1) If you have any stand out features i.e extra long hair, please ensure this is described within the notes and shown in images uploaded. 2) If you are a drag queen please ensure you send me a image of prior to makeup and post make up. 3) If you have unusual pets please ensure the pictures of these are sent in good light and from a couple of angles, please give a good description of the animals has also been provided. majority of pets will only be accepted if accompanied by a human model. NOTE standard dogs and cats are not generally considered unless they are a rare breed or have unusual features. 4) child models will only be considered if they are above the age of 6. The only children younger than this age that will be considered if they are a sibling of main model. Please do not be offended if I do not select siblings to be part of the photoshoot, please do all to avoid bringing unselected siblings along to the photoshoot they will not be allowed to join in and may disrupt the shoot. If you do have to bring unselected siblings along please advise prior to the shoot or model may be turned away. 5) You will only be guaranteed 1 - 3 high resolution images from each shoot regardless of how many images are taken during the shoot. These images will be selected by myself there will be no option to buy additional images however the images provided can be used to be printed by yourself or if you would like me to print them or provide wall art I can advise of the additional costs. 6) You will be advised prior to the shoot how long it will be expected to last for, creative shoots usually last 3-4 hours dependent on how many models maybe taking place simultaneously. 7) Adult and children models are not mixed, as an example if i require a family shoot this will mean the full family will be taking place, there will not be adults from one family mixed with children from another, if the parents of the children do not want to take part in the shoot (IF asked) please make note of this on the form below. 8) If selected then a holding fee of £50 will be taken from you which will be refunded back to you as soon as you turn up for the shoot. 9) Images that are provided to you from the shoot MUST not be altered in any way on social media no filters are to be used and you must not change the colour of the image, anyone found to do this once the images are sent over will be sent an invoice for the time spent on the shoot plus the cost of time taken for me to edit, this will be charged at a minimum rate of £100 per hour spent and a minimum time of 4 hours and images will no longer be used for competitions both images and contact information will be removed from the database. 10) By completing the form below you are agreeing that photography by Gemma Sains and other photography businesses owned by Gemma Sains such as Camera Crazy are allowed to use images for but not limited to the following social media platforms, website, promotions of any type and Competitions, if this consent is withdrawn once images are handed to the model or model representative then full session fee will be charged to the model or model representative. 11) any inappropriate images uploaded you will be removed from the database.
