  • All plans are month to month billing and priced based on enrollment in auto-pay for your account. If you would like to setup an account without auto-pay, you may do so for an additional $10/month. Available speeds will be verified at the time of installation. The customer will be charged $1000 for any radio that is not turned in upon termination of service.

  • ***Roof Disclaimer***

    Due to variations in the materials used on roof tops and the risk of damage, it is now required for every customer to accept a "Release of Liability" in order for VGI Technology to climb on your roof. 

    By choosing "Accept Release of Liability" below, you are releasing VGI Technology from any liability for any damage caused by our technicians accessing, climbing on or mounting equipment to your roof, house or attic or any internal damage that might be caused by this activity.

    If you choose "Decline Release of Liability" below, you won't be able to continue with the order process.

  • Installation Notes

    All service terms are month to month. Our technicians will use their discretion as to proper placement of equipment and hardware to achieve the best possible service connection and determine if additional labor charges are to be incurred or to terminate installation due to poor signal quality.  Please refer to VGI Terms & Conditions as well as our Acceptable Use Policy at www.vgitechnology.com. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

  • VGI offers State-of-the-Art home WiFi systems as an add-on service to your monthly broadband service. Please review the options below and choose the system that best fits your needs. Managed WiFi services are only available with routers leased from VGI. Each router is billed at $12/month and includes a full replacement warranty as long as you have our service.

    All animals must be secured before our technicians will be allowed to exit their vehicles. The safety of our employees is our top priority. All technicians are equipped with mace/pepper spray in order to protect themselves from attack. Please help us keep them safe by putting your animals away.    

    Wet/Slick Roof

    If it is unsafe for our technicians to get on the roof to complete the install, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

  • Note: Installation fees and pro-rated 1st months service will invoice after install is complete. Billing from then on will be on the 1st of each month and due on the 15th. Any outstanding invoices not paid by the invoice due date will cause service to be disconnected. All invoices will be received electronically unless paper billing is requested. 

  • Acknowledgement

    By clicking Submit, you authorize VGI Technology to charge you monthly for the package price chosen above (amount includes applicable tax). Routers and Mesh Extenders will be billed at the monthly rate plus tax. There will also be a one-time charge for the amount of your installation fee (amount determined by type of installation chosen) as well as any other custom options. Billing will begin once the install is completed successfully.
