  • Please return this form and payment as soon as possible to ensure a spot, as they are limited. The event will be held on Sunday December 8th from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm.

    We approve applications closer to the event. An approved application means you are accepted into the show. Payment must be received or mailed within 3 days after approved application. If there is a problem with your app, such the same direct sales vendor, etc. We will reach out quickly after you submit your app.

    Terms and Conditions:

    · No Refunds

    · Returning Vendors have priority over tables in the gym or their previous spot, then booths are rented on a first come, first serve basis filling remainder spots in the gym, then in the halls.

    · We reserve the right to limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors and also the numbers vendors in a particular category (i.e. jewelry)

    · Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products and duplication of vendors.

    · Setup begins on Sunday starts at 7:30am; all vendors must be set up by 9:00am, no tearing down before 3:00pm.

    · There will also be a set up time available on Saturday December 7th, 6pm-8pm.

    · $25.00 fee for single space, no tables provided.

    · 8ft tables will be available from the school for an additional $5 (one per space.)

    · An item or basket is required for a raffle to be drawn that day. (Minimum $20 Value) Please have it ready when you arrive to set up to help our volunteers.

    · Electrical is an additional $10.00 fee. NOTE: Electrical is very limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

    · Two chairs will be provided, if you require a different amount please note how many.

    · Booth sizes are 9 x 6 in the gym, hall booth sizes will vary slightly.

    · Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of their booths.

    · Participants cannot impair other booths (i.e. sign or display blockage).

    · Vendors will not be allowed to move booth locations once a booth has been assigned. No exceptions.

    · Holy Family School, Parish, or any workers/employees are not responsible or lost or stolen items.

    We do not send out maps or space numbers prior to the event. We give spaces numbers upon arrival to set up and will show you to your spot. We will however send out an email prior to the event if there are any changes or important information to get out.
