• DAC Leadership 2022 Call for Proposals

  • The DAC Leadership Series empowers mid-career professionals to take the next step in their careers, which often means new levels of leadership responsibilities. The goal of the series is to offer a variety of presentations from purely inspirational discussions to hard-core training sessions by showcasing presentations from the best and brightest of our membership and beyond. 

    The theme of this year’s series is Promoting Diverse and Equitable Leadership. The profession is undergoing significant changes from all directions and needs leaders with the ability to respond. How can organizations and their leadership become more diverse and equitable?

    Examples of topics include—but are not limited to—the following:

    Define diversity in leadership with an equity lens.
    Creating a safe space for colleagues to openly discuss issues/conflict
    Identify active ways to develop leadership skills and define their benefits to project teams.
    Explore the cultural shifts of recent years and their impacts on future firm leaders.
    Define inclusive vocabulary of diverse leadership.
    Submission Requirements:

    Presentations must be 90 minutes in length, including Q&A.
