Sewa Holi 2023 - Cultural Program

Use this form to register for participating in Sewa Holi cultural program
Note:
1. Submit only one registration for your group performance.
2. Registration fee is $15 per participant (not per performance).
3. Group registration will need to pay $15 x number of participants in the group.
4. Performance must be 5 minutes or less.
