1. Call 03 441 0500 to make your payment and select a booking date and time

2. If you are booking a General Medical you may be required to take a blood test - we will organise the test for you, and you will need to go to Awanui Labs 5 working days prior to the date of your appointment with us.

Please note: if a blood test is required and you do not complete the test within the timeframe above, your medical appointment with us will not be able to go ahead. Please see our cancellation policy for more details regarding fees associated.
