  • Assembly Hall    

    The Assembly Hall is an air-conditioned and heated room at ground level, suitable for gatherings of up to 150 people. Normal configuration is with 12 round tables, 60 inch diameter, with 6 folding chairs at each table. Additional tables are available and additional seating. Banquet style or theatre style configuration with rectangular tables is possible by prior arrangement. The floor plan of the facility is shown below. Adjoining this room is a fully equipped kitchen which is separately rented and described in the following page. Restrooms and covered entry are conveniently adjoining.

    Rental Rates:

    1. Basic rate-- $25/hour, with 2 hour minimum, time rented must include set up, clean up and restoring the space to original state.
    2. Congregation member—discount of 50% from basic rate
    3. Utilities surcharge-- $25 for 2 hour rental, $10/hour for each additional hour
    4. Cleaning deposit- $100 is required. If the facility is left in a condition that does not require additional cleaning, a refund may be requested from the Church Office 48 hours after the event.
    5. All fees and the cleaning deposit must be paid when the Rental/Use Contract is signed. 

     

     

  • Fellowship Hall    

    The Fellowship Hall is an air-conditioned and heated room at ground level located in the Middle School Building. The room is suitable for gatherings of up to 100 people. Normal configuration is with 8 modular tables, seating 12 at each table. Banquet style or theatre style configuration is possible. The floor plan of the facility is shown below. Adjoining this room is a small kitchenette which features limited refrigerator space, a warming stove, sink and drain board. A pass-through serving window allows efficient food service. Restrooms and covered entry are conveniently adjoining. This facility also offers a television and VCR/DVR. The Fellowship Hall is only available on
    weekends and after school and extended school care hours.

    Rental Rates:
    1. Basic rate- $25/hour, with 2 hour minimum, time rented must include set up, clean up and restoring the space to original state
    2. Congregation member- discount of 50% from basic rate
    3. Utilities surcharge- $25 for 2 hour rental, $10/hour for each additional hour

  • Gymnasium    

    The gym is laid out to provide a regulation sized basketball court suitable for school league play, with electric scoreboard and timer, stands for spectators, restrooms and changing spaces. There is an entry separate from the Assembly Hall. These facilities are co-located and can be connected for certain events. For non-athletic events, the
    gym can be configured to seat up to 250 people banquet style or up to 400 people theatre style. To protect the playing surface, rubber-soled shoes must be worn by those involved in athletic events. Athletic events require separate insurance coverage for participants provided by the renter with a certificate listing Redeemer Lutheran Church as Certificate Holder and Release of Liability Forms from the parents of each participant releasing Redeemer Lutheran Church from liability.

    1. Basic rate- $50/hour with 2 hour minimum, time rented must include set up, clean up and restoring the space to original state
    2. Congregation member- discount of 50% from basic rate
    3. Utilities surcharge- $50 for 2 hour rental, $20/hour for each additional hour
    4. Cleaning deposit- $100 is required. If the facility is left in a condition that does not require additional cleaning, a refund may be requested from the Church Office 48 hours after the event.
    5. All fees and the cleaning deposit must be paid when the Rental/Use Contract is signed.
    6. Assembly Hall must be rented separately.
    7. For full use of the kitchen, it must also be rented separately. 
     

     

  • Kitchen    

    The kitchen is equipped with commercial grade appliances: dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, wash sinks and drain boards, food warmer, ice maker, popcorn machine, and associated smaller items. Before any rental of the kitchen, the responsible party renting the facility must be checked out in the operation and care of this equipment. The floor plan of the kitchen is shown below. Direct access to the kitchen from the parking area is provided and a pass-through serving window allows efficient food service.

    1. Basic rate- $25/hour, with 2 hour minimum, time rented must include set up, clean up and restoring the space to original state
    2. Congregation member- discount of 50% from basic rate
    3. Utilities surcharge- $25 for 2 hour rental, $10/hour for each additional hour
    4. Cleaning deposit- is listed under the Assembly Hall Fees. If the kitchen is rented separately, a cleaning deposit of $100 is required. If the facility is left in a condition that does not require additional cleaning, a refund may be requested from the Church Office 48 hours after the event.
    5. Kitchen cleanup checklist must be completed or deposit will be automatically forfeited.
    6. All fees and the cleaning deposit must be paid when the Rental/Use Contract is signed.

     

  • Playing fields/Outdoor areas    

    The Playing Field is a large, flat, grassy area that is usually set up for soccer. There is also a fenced area with play equipment. The Outdoor Display Area includes the Playing Field and adjoining open spaces. These locations are adjacent to the parking lot on Commerce Street. There is no access to indoor facilities or restrooms.

    1. Basic rate- $25/hour, with 2 hour minimum, time rented must include set up,
    clean up and restoring the space to original state
    2. Congregation member- discount of 50% from basic rate
    3. Cleaning deposit- $50 is required. If the areas are left in a condition that does
    not require additional cleaning, a refund may be requested from the Church
    Office 48 hours after the event.
    4. All fees and the cleaning deposit must be paid when the Rental/Use Contract
    is signed.

     

  • Submit this request form to the Church Office. Requests will then be coordinated with the Church Pastor and School Principal. Final approval rests with the Church Pastor and School Principal. Allow five (5) working days for response. After approval the contract form must be completed.

  • Redeemer Lutheran Church and School, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Redeemer”, is not responsible for inuries or illness which I may sustain as a result of my physical condition or resulting from my utilization of all or any part of Redeemer’s equipment, appliances, furnishing or facilities for any and all listed or unlisted activities for any reason whatsoever, including ordinary negligence on the part of Redeemer, its officers, directors, agents or employees. ln consideration of my utilization of said items, I hereby release and vow not to sue Redeemer and any of their officers, directors, employees, instructors or agents, from any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence on the part of Redeemer or other listed for the property damage or theft, personal injury, or wrongful death, arising as a result of my utilization of said items or activities while in, on or around Redeemer premises. I hereby voluntarily waive any and all claims resulting from ordinary negligence, both present and future, that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns.

    I understand that by utilizing said items, l am at risk for injury to all bones, joints, muscles, heart failure/attack, respiratory failure and even death. I am voluntarily utilizing said items with the knowiedge of the danger invoived and hereby agree to
    accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, theft, personal injury, or death.

    I affirm that I am of legal age and I am freely signing this agreement. I HAVE READ THIS FORM AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS FORM I AM GIVING UP LEGAL RIGHTS and/or remedies which may be available to me for the ordinary negligence of Redeemer or any of the parties listed above.

    I give permission to Redeemer to use without limitations or obligation, photographs, film, footage, or tape recordings, which may include my image or voice for purpose of promoting or interpreting Redeemer.
