School Archiving Assistance Grant

Applications for round 1 of the 2025 School Archiving Assistance Grant are now open! Grants between $500 - $5000 are available to eligible Victorian based schools to use on Smart Stack archiving materials and services.

Applications are assessed on a rolling basis, with the final date to submit applications on 11:59pm July 4th 2025.

For us to provide an accurate assessment please share photos and/or videos of all your record boxes and the intended archive room. The more information provided the more accurate amount of cunding can be funding provided.

We suggest providing 5-10 photos showing the current state of your archives.

1. Understand your current situation
2. Calculate the quantity of archives
3. Gain a depiction of your current and/or intended archiving space.
