Instructions to the learner: It is a regulatory requirement that every assessment submission is authenticated as a work of the named learner when submitted to Arema. Therefore, this cover sheet must be completed with each assessment submitted.

Please provide an address to which you would like your certificates posted. ILM posts these directly to you upon completion. This may be filled out on your last assignment submission in case of a change in address. ILM charge £80 for the re-issue of certificates. This charge will be passed on to learners if your address is incorrect.
