Do you understand that puppies sold as companion only are placed on AKC limited registration? This means that the dog is eligible to be registered, however none of the offspring are eligible for registration. A dog with limited registration as well as a spayed/neutered contract can compete in all AKC events except in the confirmation (breed) ring.

When this puppy is purchased exclusively as a family companion do you agree to have it spayed (female) after 18 months of age or no sooner than the first heat cycle or neutered (males) no earlier than 24 months of age and submit a veterinary certificate to the breeder as proof of surgery for their records?

If you wish to purchase a puppy with no disqualifying faults with AKC for registration are you willing to allow breeder to remain on registration as a co-owner until the puppy receives a passing eye exam and all breed required health testing submitted and published on OFA‘s website showing no evidence of any faults. Puppy may have an eye exam anytime after eight weeks of age and should be repeated yearly for breeding dogs the following OFA‘s Health screenings can be done after the age of 24 months.

Do you understand the price of the puppy includes AKC registration, microchip, all age-appropriate vaccination/deworming, ear crop unless agreed to leave natural before leaving the breeders possession and health certificate for domestic travel. There is no price difference for a limited or full registration and the price of airline shipping is at the expense of the puppy buyer. Personal pick up is welcome and hand delivery may be available to arrange at buyers expense
