Team Member Discount Request for Summer and School Year

80% Discount off the current program tuition rates for each eligible child in attendance at any of the following AlphaBEST programs:

Before School
After School
Before & After School
AlphaBEST Excursions Summer Camp (Specialty Summer Camps such as Going Places may require additional fees)

Guidelines

The discount applies to direct dependents (claimed on taxes or have legal guardianship) who live in the same house as the team member.
This discount program does not apply to children of team members who attend full-day childcare centers.
Team members do not have to pay the annual registration fee. You will pay this upfront and have it credited toward future tuition.
There is no waiting period for new hires to take advantage of the discount.
Late pickup fees or non-payments on the account may result in the removal of discounts.
A completed tuition discount form will be required.
A team member must be classified as a regular team member (not a substitute) at the time the discount is received. For example, a regular team member working at a summer camp is eligible for a summer camp discount. Regular, school-year team members are eligible for a school-year discount.
The discount must equal the days worked. For example, a team member who regularly works 2 days a week receives a discount for 2 days of care.
Team members with special circumstances that do not qualify for this tuition discount program should complete the request form and provide the information for consideration.
