A few important things to note before submitting your quote request.

📏 Space Inside
If you are adding extras such as a dance floor, bar, light up numbers, speakers and other accessories, you may need to reduce the number of tables and chairs or choose a larger structure to allow enough space comfortably.

🔒 Setup Location
For overnight hires, we can only install in secure locations such as back gardens or securely gated premises. Unfortunately, we cannot set up overnight in open front gardens or unsecured driveways for security reasons.

🐾 Please ensure the setup area is clean and free from any animal litter or droppings before arrival. For health & safety reasons, we may refuse setup if the area is unsuitable upon arrival.

⛰️ Uneven Ground
If the structure needs to be installed across different ground levels, some sidewalls may not fit correctly. This could leave parts of the structure partially or fully open.

We offer 3 heating solutions suitable for all seasons:

Halogen Heaters – Ideal for summer evenings, open structures & lighter winter use
Fan Heaters – Perfect for smaller enclosed tents all year round
Indirect Diesel Heater – Our powerful flagship heating system for larger enclosed structures during colder weather
