We are relaunching Line Breaks after a two-year hiatus by featuring the series' founder, Thandiwe Shiphrah, along with local poet Kelly Falzone.
After the screening of the film Minnie Evans: Draw or Die, we will enjoy a post-film discussion with the filmmaker followed by an art-making workshop with Thandiwe.
We will be screening the documentary about poet Jimmy Santiago Baca and jazz violinist Christian Howes, who will be joining us for a post-film dialogue and concert.
