Terms and Conditions
The advertiser is responsible for notifying IIAR of any changes to the advertising copy or contract no later than six weeks prior to the date of publication. IIAR reserves the right to review, edit or cancel any advertisements at any time. Ad space in the condenser is limited. Companies that have purchased permium positions the prior year have the right of first refusal on the same premium page in the same the next year; otherwise, advertising space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advertisements may be pre-paid following the IIAR membership financial period, otherwise ad space will be billed at time of publication. No agency discout is given. Ad space may not be subdivided between multiple advertisers. Rates and publication dates are subject to change at the discretion of the publisher.
Artwork: Artwork is due six weeks prior to date of publication. Generally that means the first business day of the preceding month. For instance, artwork is due in the beginning of February for the March issue, etc.
