2025 WJO Honour Jazz Bands registration Form

Please fill out the form carefully. Positions available in each group: 5 saxes (2 altos, 2 tenors & 1 baritone); 5 trumpets; 4 or 5 trombones; 1 pianist; 1 guitarist; 1 bassist; one drummer; (percussionist or vibraphonist optional). There is no audition fee. Participation fee for successful candidates is $95. Audition deadline is May 16, 2025.
