We, the Nurses at St. Michael Medical Center, want management to agree to a fair contract that:
- Implements safe staffing standards in every department.
- Includes wage increases that will help retain and attract high quality nursing talent.
- Adds permanent pandemic language that prepares the hospital for the next public health emergency.
I pledge, by signing below, to do whatever it takes to stand with my coworkers and the community to fight for a fair contract that puts patients before profits. This may include joining my coworkers on the strike line.
