Submission Rules & Requirements—Read Me!
Submission Requirements:
• Submissions may not exceed 5 minutes (edited clip or sample of the show is fine).
• Submissions may not exceed 500MB file size.
• Submissions must be a usual, expected, playable file format.
Submission Rules:
• Submissions must have been created within the past year (Sp 21-Sp 22).
• Submitter must be a BECA major or recent BECA grad.
• Submissions must be from a BECA class and/or BECA student. No professional work, please.
• Students may submit a maximum of one project per category.
• No submissions of the same project across multiple categories.
• If more than one student is submitting the same show in the same category, submit as a group.
• Content must be original. A small percentage of other footage is OK (as in a news package).
• Projects may be disqualified if they are unplayable or exceed length or file size.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
• Executive Producer reserves the right to disqualify, move, or edit any submissions.
• Executive Producer reserves the right to all final decisions regarding awards.
• Nominees are expected to attend the live show in-person. • Project does NOT need to be complete. A rough cut or draft is acceptable!
