Thank you for your current interest in the Kandiey Shoppe LLC Vixen Program. We are pleased to hear of your interest and hope you become apart of our family. There are three different positions of the Vixen program that you may choose from. Please read thoroughly and choose below.
Vixen/Exotic Entertainer
Vixens are required to work AT least twice a month to remain an active lmk member in the company.
Vixens are REQUIRED to come to work looking the part! You must be shaved/waxed, showered, hair must groomed, there must be some effort into your appearance! If any assistance or hygiene items are needed, feel free to ask. Poor hygiene will not be tolerated. We are a team, therefore, you must be a team player. If any conflict arises in ANY way, contact a member of head office. "ROACHING" will not be tolerated. (ROACHING: dancing within close vicinity of a dancer entertaining a customer without permission from either the customer or dancer) If a vixen is caught doing so, it will be addressed immediately.
KSLLC VIXENS MAY DANCE AT OTHER STRIP CLUBS & SOME PRIVATE PARTIES.
Vixens, bartenders, hookah/bottle girls: DUE TO CONFLICT OF INTEREST WE ARE NOT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANYTHING STARLIT ENTERTAINMENT SUCH AS THEIR DANCERS, PROMOTERS, AND ETC!
PLEASE DO NOT DISCUSS THE COMPANY OR MYSELF WITH ANYONE FROM THAT TEAM AND NO ONE ON A BUSINESS NOTE MAY TALK ABOUT MYSELF OR THE KSLLC TO OR AROUND THEM.
Bottle Girls
(The attendance policy does not apply because you will only work during special events & you MUST attend those events, for they are planned in advance.)
Bottle Girls will be required to go thru training
Bartenders
There will be 6 open positions for bartenders. Bartenders are required to work AT LEAST once a month to remain an active member.
DUES
All Vixens are required to pay a due of $20/month or $60/year. Once the first month's dues are paid, or the yearly due is paid, vixens will receive a welcome gift set. Birthday and anniversay sets are also gifted yearly. Vixens will be eligible for:
-15% off of all brand ambassador/ Kandiey Shoppe Merchandise
-Merchandise will be customized with brand ambassador on the back
- FREE entry to all Kandiey Shoppe LLC events with proper brand ambassador identification/apparel
-20% off of all Kandie Marie paper back purchases
Dues go towards trips, merch, dancer outfits and necessities, and etc.
All active vixens are required to be active in group chats & emails, have an event attendance of at least 60% yearly or one event per month &active in at least one committee and promote at least once a day any Kandiey Shoppe LLC upcoming events/merchandise/books. These tasks, as well as paying your dues on time, will keep your status active as a vixen. Failure to comply with any of the above May result in an immediate release from duties.
There is a non refundable application fee of $20. Due upon signing the polication via cashapp to $thekandieyshoppellc.
Non-Disparagement Agreement: You will not at any time during or after the Employment Period make, publish or communicate to any Person or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments or statements concerning Kandiey Shoppe LLC, its Affiliates, or their business, or any of their directors, employees, customers, and other associated third parties. This does not, in any way, restrict or impede you from exercising protected rights to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by agreement or from complying with any applicable law or regulation or a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction or an authorized government agency, provided that such compliance does not exceed that required by law, regulation or order. You shall promptly provide written notice of any such order to Kandiey Shoppe LLC.
