Late Policy
● Please show up on time for your reservation.
● There is a 7-minute late grace period. You must be in the studio on the waxing table by the 7-minute mark or you will be considered late.
● If we are not able to accommodate you, the reservation will be cancelled and you may have to reschedule to a different time or date.
Cancelation, Rescheduling, No-Show Policy
● If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please notify within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please reach out via text, (630-492-0890) email, (deluxewaxstudio@gmail.com) or by going deluxewaxstudio.glossgenius.com
● Guests No-Showing, Canceling, or Rescheduling with less than 6 hours’ notice are required to pay 25% of the services booked. Paying the fee allows you to book services in the future. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment. You can Zelle the 25% fee to this email - deluxewaxstudio@gmail.com OR you can add a card on file to your GlossGenius account.
Child Policy
● We welcome children who are well-behaved and able to sit still during your appointment.
● Children must always be accompanied by an adult while in the salon suite.
● Please be mindful of other guests who may be sensitive to noise and keep children quiet and calm during the appointment.
● Children are NOT permitted to touch or play with any equipment or products.
There is limited space in the salon suite, only 1-2 extra guests are allowed.
Payment Policy
● Please bring exact change if you are paying in cash.
● We use GlossGenius to process payments, which are partners with Stripe - the leading payment processer. We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
● Payment is to be made in full upon completion of waxing services.
● Please be advised that all sales are final on services and products.
