Theses "Terms of Services" perside over the access and use of ALL Ray Designs forms. Including any services and content.

Inquiry:

If you are inquiring or have questions about certian services that you are seeking for, then refer back to the home page. Click on "Inquiry". It will take you to a google form, and you should answer every question that is asked on the form.

*NOTE- please be very descriptive when answering all questions*

Booking:

All bookings are made through www.raydesignss.com . If you make an inquire through direct message on any social media platform, then you will be directed to Ray Designs website. 

Cancellations:

If for any reason the client wants to cancel a service that they already paid for, then a refund will NOT be recieved. This is due to the time and work produced by Ray Designs.

THERE IS A 100% NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY, once your payment is already paid.

Again make sure you are 100% ready to book a service.

Services:

No service is free. All prices are based off the time and resources that Ray Design's puts into all customer services. All prices are set and non-negotiable. Ray Designs work speaks for it self.

Please do not be rude and impatient. All services take time. Ray Designs wants to insure that every customer loves and is satisfied with there services, but will not work with rude customers.

 

 

 

You will email or text back any revisions that you want to add. You can get up to 3 revisions. Anothing more than 3 revisions will be subjected to a $20 fee.

If there is a spelling error from Ray Designs at any time during the revisions process then the customer will not be accounted for it. For example if you have 2 revisions left and you notice that there is a spelling error, then Ray Desings will not count it as your thrid revision. If you notice that there is a spelling error after you used all your revisions, then a fee will not be apllied due to it being Ray Designs misconception. 

 

 

Final Product: 

You will email or text back any revisions that you want to add. You can get up to 3 revisions. Anothing more than 3 revisions will be subjected to a $20 fee.Once the client gives approval towards the final project, then the design process has come to an end. If a client needs a change after the final project then a $20 fee will be applied. Make sure everything is to your liking before the final stage to refrain from paying the $20 fee.

(If an error is made on Ray Designs end (such as spelling) then the fee will be waved. Anything else, such as color change will have $20 revision fee.) 

Order Confirmation: 

Once you tender in your form, you will then recieve a text message from Ray Designs business number.The message will state somewhere along the lines of

" Thank you for trusting Ray Designs. Ray Desing's will begin working on your project as soon as possible, with an estimate turnaround time of 6-11 days (maybe later). Your zoom/ phone call is scheduled for ______. Your patience is very much appreciated. Once in the proof stage of the process, you will be emailed a variation of proof designs and you will have the liberty to revise your project up to 3 times, after that a $20 fee is applied per revision. After that you will recieve the final product. For any questions refer to the policy page or email Ray Design's @ ramyaustin14@gmail.com. Thank you for putting your trust in Ray Design's."

You then will recieve a invoice of your paid balance.  

Strategy call:

You are asked if you would like to be called via zoom or over the phone on ever product/ service. You will be sent a zoom ID number and password. If your scheduled strategy call does not work for you and you would like to reschedule your appointment please contact Ray Designs 24 hours prior for a schedule change. 

Formats:

 All files will be sent in: A transparent PNG, PSD & JPEG

Any other type of file format will not be used.

Turnaround Time:

Turnaround times may vary depending on the service. An estimation time is between 6-11 days (maybe later). You could get your project earlier than the estimated turnaround time (depending on the number of orders Ray designs has at that time).

Termination of Service:

A grace period of 3/4 days is applied for the client to respond to email of proofs and revisions. After the 3-4 days grace period Ray Designs will follow-up with 2 emails. If no type of action is applied then the order will be terminated. If the client would like to start up the project again then a restart fee of $60 will be applied. This is due to the lack of communication and response time that can cause the delay of other clients designs.

Agreement  Clause:

By placing/ purchasing from ray Designs you are agreesingto ALL "terms and conditions" set in place by Ray Designs.

All connunication is via email, phone, or zoom only.

Client can terminate or cancel there order/booking without a fee applied if Ray Designs fails to fulfill the service requests within the turnaround time given to the client. Ray Designs has to right to decline any clients service if the client is rude, unreachable, refuse to pay, or verbally abusive. By readings this you agree to all the "terms and conditions" set in place by Ray Designs.
