Gala Dinner Volunteer Form

Hello and thankyou for your interest in work experience.

Scope of the event

Date: Friday 13th December

Semi Formal Gala Dinner with an Enchanted Garden Theme

Location: The Grounds of Alexandria, Linseed House

We will create the following designs working with bright seasonal flowers.

- Create pillar bouquets including wired garlands and tulle fabric

- Create flower garlands to hang from balconies

- Create large DJ station design

- Table bud vase moments

- Pack props and flowers into van and load into venue

- Prep flowers in studio

- Onsite green waste removal / collect water/load in and out with trolleys and ad hoc tasks as required

- Bump out Friday is late 11/12pm

Each shift will have the opportunity to work with wonderful flowers under the direction of ex-Pearsons graduate Suzanne Robbins.

Would you be available Wednesday/Thursday prior to event to do some fresh material foraging and flower conditioning in the inner west? This is for the garlands.
