Camp Frozen Chosen Counselor in Training (CIT) program is designed for those between the ages of 16 -18 years old (expectations can only be made at the discretion of the Camp Director and must be applied for by applicant in writing). Potential CITs agree to be interviewed for the position, take training before becoming a CIT (both online and in person), demonstrate a willingness to work with children, set a positive role model, attend precamp staff training and the full week of Camp, and be willing to fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned to them by their Counselor or Camp Director. Not all applicants will be selected as CITs.
