Thanks for your interest in Edible Flint's "No poop here! Strategies for reducing microbial contamination in gardens and on farm", in partnership with the Genesee Conservation District. The workshop will take place on Saturday, June 25 from 1pm-3pm. Each participant will receive 2 hours of instruction about post-harvest food safety from Micah Hutchison, Produce Safety Technician.
