• 2022 Pool Rental Agreement

  • I, the undersigned, as a member in good standing of the Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners Association, do hereby agree to rent the Hidden Valley Lake Pool, 20698 Lakeview Dr. on the date & times stated below, and to abide by the rules and regulations set in place at the Hidden Valley Lake Pool.

    I, agree to pay the Facility & Staffing Fee of $200.00 for 2 Lifeguards or $250.00 for 3 Lifeguards. The number of guards is based on number of guests. Parties over 75 people will require 3 lifeguards at the event. (Minimum of 2 lifeguards required per party) Fees may be paid in cash or check at the time of reservation, to the Pool Manager. You must be out of the pool area no later than 10:15pm; in the event you are there later additional charge will apply.

    I understand that in the event of a cancellation, the facility fee and lifeguard fees will be credited to my HVL POA account within 2 weeks. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the date of my event, I will forfeit $25.00 of the fees as a cancellation fee and the balance will be credited to my HVL POA account within 2 weeks. In the event of inclement weather and all fees will be credited to my HVL account or I may reschedule

    I understand the responsibility for proper use of the pool and facilities lies on the property owner. Clean up is the responsibility of the property owner. If inspection reveals any additional clean was necessary, this will be billed to the property owner at an hourly rate for the lifeguards to perform the cleanup. The cost of any damage by the property owner or his/her guest to any equipment or property of Hidden Valley Lake will be charged to the property owner. These charges will become part of the property owner's account along with dues, fines and assessment and are subject to finance charges.

    I am aware; all persons using the HVL Pool do so at their own risk. The Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners Association, Board Members or its employees shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage to persons or property in connection with the HVL Pool.

  • HVL Pool Party Guidelines and Expectations *Sign and

    You have rented the Pool from 8-10 pm on

  • You may set up after 7:45 pm; however, the pool is still open until 8 pm. Please be courteous to the residents who may still be using the tables for picnicking.

    Any non-resident guest entering the pool prior to your rental time of 8-10 pm may be asked to pay the daily guest fee.

    You must be cleaned up and exit the Pool building no later than 10:15, there will be an additional fee of $5 per guard for every 15 minutes after 10:15. *Property Cleaned

    All guests will be asked to exit the water at 9:55 pm.

    No glass permitted on property

    7. Guests must follow all pool rules and guidelines

    Smoking is only permitted in the designated area

    Only flotation devices and water toys allowed in the pool. NO water balloons, & glow sticks or food allowed in the pool.

    10. Food may only be eaten in the grass and the covered picnic area.

    11. Report any problems or concerns to the lifeguard immediately.

    12. The responsibility for proper use of the pool and facilities lies with the HVL Property Owner.

    13. I have read and understand all Guidelines, Safety rules and Rental Agreement.

  • HVL Pool Safety Rules & Guidelines

    Parents /guardians are responsible for their child/children at all times No running, pushing or rough horseplay Always listen to the lifeguards Do not climb on the railings or ropes No diving in the shallow ends Eating is only permitted in the grass or the picnic tables under the covered shelter Please pick up trash and place in the cans provided Only Nerf or water balls allowed in the pool. (No tennis or footballs permitted) No glass permitted on property

    When diving off the board 1. always look before you jump 2. wait until the person in front of you is at the ladder before you jump 3. only 1 person permitted on the board at a time 4. always jump straight out

    No lifeguard on duty in the baby pool, a parent must be with their children at all times. Do not change diapers on at the pool side.

    All diaper aged children must use a swim diaper or plastic pant with tight fitting elastic at the leg and waist.

    Children are not allowed to climb on the water features in the baby pool. Report all accidents/ injury to the lifeguards immediately

    First aid is available in the Lifeguard office.
