RE: Recurring dates missed -- If you are entering multiple vacations or stints you are unavailable, please enter one form for each chunk of days (ie. one for your 3 day - trip in June, another for your 5 day trip in the Fall)

We will ask the family if they need subs for this/these days.
Reason for cancelling?
If you have met the family before, it's nice if you check in with them to let them know you are not able to make it anymore, but that CSSitters is finding new coverage and you hope to see them again soon.

If this is a new to you family, if you have already been in touch with them directly, follow the same guidance as above. If not, you can just submit this form and we will handle the rest.
