We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented mechanics to join the bike mechanics team in our Orem store. We are looking for employees who are committed to providing our customers with a positive and quality experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional bike service
• Regular maintenance/tune-ups
• Install new bike parts
• Troubleshoot issues and identify broken or damaged parts
• Articulate feedback to customers and team members
• Assist with the purchase of bikes, parts, and services
• Keep detailed records of the work done and parts used in the database
• Educate customers about the operation and maintenance of bikes and e-bikes

Qualifications

• Expert-level bike mechanic
• 3-5 years of bike mechanic experience
• Able to do Suspension Servicing, Wheel building, Mountain and Road Overhauls
• Must be comfortable speaking to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Able to work efficiently with a team
• Strong communication skills
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Work with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be +16 years old
