We are seeking employees who are committed to providing our customers with outstanding customer service and an exceptional shopping experience. You'll work with the best brands in the industry including Patagonia, Columbia, Nike, prAna, The North Face, and many more.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing first-rate customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees. In addition to working with the top brands, you'll have access to special employee-only pricing and exclusive vendor deals!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, fair, and professional positive attitude
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor
• Promptly resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
• Offer accurate information on pricing, promotions, and sales
• Stay familiar with merchandise to give quick, informed product recommendations
• Help customers locate specific items, sizes, and styles
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in compliance with company procedures
• Ensure merchandise displays are well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and complete related tasks as needed
