  • In order to use this form you will need your Member ID. If you are new to our program, please fill out the first form labeled "All Campers Start Here." Once approved, you will be sent an email with your Member ID. Then you can return here to enroll in our summer program.

    If you have your Member ID ready to go, then select the weeks your child would like to attend Club Kare. You can return to this form multiple times if you decide to add more weeks in the future. Please do not include weeks you have already paid a $50 deposit on. If you need to make a change to something you have already enrolled in, please send an email directly to clubkare@kyl.org and explain what changes need to be made.

  • INSTRUCTIONS

    In the section below please indicate if you would prefer Plan A or Plan B for each week. Please indicate how much you would like to pay today for each week in the space provided. A minimum of $50 of your Plan A or Plan B cost must be paid today. We will send you an invoice for the balance to be paid at least two weeks prior to the camp. For example if you select Plan A at $180 and choose to pay $50 today, we will send you an invoice for the remaining $130.
