In order to use this form you will need your Member ID. If you are new to our program, please fill out the first form labeled "All Campers Start Here." Once approved, you will be sent an email with your Member ID. Then you can return here to enroll in our summer program. 

If you have your Member ID ready to go, then select the weeks your child would like to attend Club Kare. You can return to this form multiple times if you decide to add more weeks in the future. Please do not include weeks you have already paid a $50 deposit on. If you need to make a change to something you have already enrolled in, please send an email directly to clubkare@kyl.org and explain what changes need to be made.

WEEKLY RATES

PLAN A - $195 PER WEEK
MONDAY - THURSDAY CLASSES 9AM - 12PM
WITH FRIDAY OUTING/SPECIAL ACTIVITY DAY 9AM - 6PM
* Lunches not included

PLAN B - $330 PER WEEK
MONDAY - FRIDAY ALL DAY 7:30AM - 6PM
* Lunches not included

Morning Care is available for those on Plan A from 7:30AM - 9:00 for
those who need it @ $40 per week.

 * Lunches are not included in the price of the camp. We ask all children to bring their own lunch each day. We are offering a sack lunch program for those who would like to pay for lunch. We will have a variety of food for the campers to choose from. The price is $20 for the week or $5 per day. 

INSTRUCTIONS

In the section below please indicate if you would prefer Plan A or Plan B for each week. Please indicate how much you would like to pay today for each week in the space provided. A $50 non-refundable deposit must be paid to reserve your spot for the week(s) selected. We will send you an invoice for the balance to be paid at least two weeks prior to the camp. For example if you select Plan A at $195 and choose to pay $50 today, we will send you an invoice for the remaining $145.
