Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Late Arrival Policy
24 hours advance notice is required, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, with less than 24 hour notice, may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled.
Failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment (no-show with no notice) may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the services scheduled.
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time left without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at which point cancellation fees may apply.
