Scheduling Guidelines - We are open Monday thru Saturday, we open at 11 am and the latest we stop seating would be 9:00. Typical schedules are writtin as follows:
Kitchen Staff - 8 am until 4 pm, 4 pm until close. Typically the latest the closing crew will be here would 10:30 pm (estimate)
Servers - We run two shifts, the lunch shift begins at 10:00 am, (Sunday is 9:30), dinner shifts start between 4 and 5 pm with the closers typically remaining 30-40 minutes after the last tables eat.
Bar Staff - lunch staff comes in each day at 10:00 am, dinner crew starts at either 3:00pm or 4:30pm depending on which day of the week it is. Typically the bartenders leave between 11:00 pm - midnight.
