Program Description:

When the stakes are high, litigants have long relied upon mediation as a more cost-effective tool to resolve complex disputes. That strategy is now trending in bankruptcy cases where parties seek to resolve disputes and bring parties together not just in adversary proceedings and discrete contested matters, but also in the main bankruptcy case to address critical confirmation and other issues.
