Tattoo Service Term and Conditions
(We want to be transparent about how we function as a business.)
1. BOOKING POLICY:
To hold and reserve your appointment, a card is required to be saved on file. We will never charge your card without authorization.
2. CHARGES AND DEPOSITS:
All pre-paid, and service fees are non-refundable. We will always do everything we reasonably can to ensure you are happy with your tattoo.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please make any changes at least 48 hours in advance so we have time to fill your booking.
Last minute cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee, to the card saved on file.
4. RESCHEDULE POLICY:
If you would like to reschedule and transfer your deposit/drawing fee to a new date, please click link in your confirmation text or email at least 48 hours in advance.
After 48 hours your booking fees will need to be repaid to rebook.
