Once an agent has earned at least $100,000:
We will train you and your Virtual Assistant on performing all disputes in-house
You will learn advanced techniques for credit repair mastery
Reggie will personally approve when you are fully ready to operate independently
This creates a full in-house credit & tax agency under your name while still being partnered with RLS

We will also help all agents fix and build their own credit.
Agents must be walking examples of what they teach — strong credit, strong discipline, and strong leadership.
💰 Start-Up Fees & Compensation Structure
📌 OPTION 1 — Pay the $700 Startup Fee Upfront
Includes software + full training.
Commission Splits
Tax Preparation: 90 / 10 split (Agent 90% / RLS 10%)
Credit Services: 50 / 40 split (Agent 50% / RLS 50%)
This option gives you the highest payouts.
📌 OPTION 2 — Do NOT Pay the $700 Startup Fee Upfront
Startup cost is deducted from early earnings.
Commission Splits
Tax Preparation: 80 / 20 split (Agent 80% / RLS 20%)
Credit Services: 50 / 50 split (Agent 50% / RLS 50%)
This option has a lower payout until the startup fee is paid.
