2022 Queensland Pirates Volleyball Expression of Interest

For players wishing to be considered for selection in the Queensland Pirates to compete in the Australian Volleyball League or the Australian Volleyball League 2.

Key Information

The Australian Volleyball League (AVL) is scheduled October to December 2022, as a result Volleyball Queensland is planning to enter the Pirates women's and men's teams. The current AVL match schedule is;

The Australian Volleyball League 2 is scheduled for 3-4 December on the Gold Coast as a result Volleyball Queensland is planning to enter second Pirates womens and mens teams.

To be considered for squad selection and/or a squad trial you are to;

be highly active playing and training with VQ clubs or the AVA.
read the Athlete Code of Conduct Form , which is to be acknowledged.
submit your interest using this form.

Squad selections will be based on your playing background/history, performance review in current competitions and trials (if called).

As program coaches, training load, compulsory competition requirements and program costs are being resolved over July, if these prove unsatisfactory you will be able to withdraw this expression of interest before committing to the program.

This EOI will close Thursday 30 June 2022.
