  • We will use the following information to enter you or, if Under18, your athlete into the individual event at the 2022 Commonwealth Fencing Championships.

    We will also collect emergency contact and medical information for our support staff.

    Any medical information will only be shared on a as needs basis unless you feel it is important that all the support Team need this information.

    Where we process your personal information in pursuit of our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to us using your personal information for the above purposes. If you wish to object to any of the above processing, please contact us on admin@scottish-fencing.comĀ  If we comply with your objection, this may affect our ability to undertake the tasks above for the benefit of you or if U18 your athlete.

  • Do you hold a valid UK passport?
  • Please confirm you are eligible to represent Scotland by selecting which of the following eligibility criteria you meet. (Please select only one)
  • Please confirm you meet the age requirements for your event(s) (Cadet fencers must be aged 16 or under on 1st January 2022, Junior fencers must be aged 19 or under on 1st January 2022)
  • Entry information

  • If you don't have a FIE license number, please confirm whether you have submitted an application to obtain one. All fencers will require a FIE license number to compete and this should be done as soon as possible to enable us to process your entry.

  • Do you - or you fencer if U18 have any medical conditions that the support team (Lead Weapon Coaches, Team Manager and or Welfare officer) need to know about?

  • There will be the opportunity for you and or your athlete to discuss any issues that you wish at the upcoming training sessions.

    Lead Weapon coaches, Team Managers and Welfare Officers are at the competition and training days to offer support.

    So, if there is something you as an athlete or as a parent wish to discuss please find us at the end of a training session we will be around if there is anything you feel more comfortable discussing in person.

  • Team tracksuit

    We are proposing to have a bespoke tracksuit top designed for the fencers competing at the Commonwealths and would like to ask your thoughts on the design. We have received some 'Scotland' themed suggestions and would appreciate if you could indicate what you would like to see incorporated into the design. (Tick as many as you like) Alternatively if anyone would like to submit a design, please email admin@scottish-fencing.com
