  • Other Considerations Are you allergic or sensitive to any adhesives, metals, or hair/skin products? Are you currently taking any medication that has side effects that can cause hair thinning and/or hair loss? Do you have thyroid issues? Or vitamin deficiency issues?  Do you have now, or have had in the past, any problems with hair loss (shedding, breakage, balding, alopecia, thinning hairline, psoriasis of the scalp, eczema on the scalp, etc)? If yes, have you seen a dermatologist? Do you have any damage due to previouse chemically treated hair treatments?

  •  DETAILS + PRICING 

    To schedule please note that there is a non-refundable appointment retainer fee of 50% due at the time of scheduling your install. This goes towards reserving your custom colored hair extensions. The rest of the 50% is due the day of your service.

    Your first extension placement includes:
    - The best extensions for you, wefts will last you 8-12 months with proper care (if you are receiving wefts)

    - K-tips require new hair to be installed every 3-5 months
    Pricing varies drastically depending and can be discussed during consultation. No maintenance appointment, just 3-5 months take down and new install

    - Custom coloring on extensions

    - Coloring on your natural hair
    - Initial install
    - Any cutting necessary to blend

    Please reach out within 7 days after initial installation if adjustments need to be made (this will not be an added cost) **hair is non-refundable*

     

  • INFO ON WEFT EXTENSIONS 
    One row includes 4 wefts ($800-$1000)
    Two rows includes 8 wefts ($1000-$2500)
    Three rows includes 11 wefts ($2500-$3900)

    Please note that pricing Varies based on hair needs and length required.
    What is quoted above is general pricing, so your install price can be less or more.
    Hair will last 8-12 months with proper care (improper care will result in ordering new wefts sooner)

    Reinstall pricing on clean hair
    You can add on a shampoo + style if needed
    One row $150 ($220 with a color service)
    Two rows $300 ($360 with a color service)
    Three rows $450 ($510 with a color service)

    Maintenance is required between 6-10 weeks, done on clean hair unless receiving a color service. Pricing of color service to hair or extensions will be added on to maintenance appointment.

  • INFO ON TAPE INS 
    Pricing of tape ins varies depending on how many packs and length of extensions. Pricing will be discussed during consultation.

    The hair is good for up to 3 uses before needing to be replaced.

    First time install is $200
    Maintenance is $400 every 6-10 weeks. This appointment requires me to re-tape, shampoo, reinstall and style.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY :
    Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Things happen and you might need to cancel or reschedule. In the event that this happens, there is a firm 24 hour policy. No charges will be made before the 24 hour mark. Cancelling within 24 hours will be charged 50% nonrefundable amount of the service to the card on file. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result 50% charge as well. However, you will get 10% off your rescheduled appointment.
     
     
    NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY:
    If you do not call/ text to cancel/ reschedule and do not show up to your appointment  you will be charged 100% nonrefundable amount of service originally scheduled to the card on file.

  • I confirm that all information in this form is true and accurate. I understand that I need to follow pre-procedure and post-procedure care and maintenance. I understand the deposits are non-refundable and cancelation or rescheduling outside of the allowed times you are forfeiting your deposit. I confirm that Muna Hair Lounge does not offer refunds of any kind. I release the salon/provider for any liabilities or hold harmless for any damages, injury or accidents that can happen during or after procedure.

    I grant Muna Hair Lounge permission to take photos or videos before, after and during my service. I authorize the use, reproduction, and publication of these images for marketing, advertisement, education and promotional purposes in any media format (including but not limited to social media, website, print and digital platforms), now or in the future, without compensation. I understand the images may be edited, altered, or modified at the salon's discretion, and I release Muna Hair Lounge from any liability related to their use.
