Testimonial Release:
- I, hereby grant 1st Impression Radio the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any testimonials or statements provided by me (including my name and likeness) in connection with the promotion and marketing of 1st Impression Radio. I understand that these testimonials may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to, online platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional videos.
- I affirm that the testimonial provided is my own and that I have not been coerced or influenced in any way to provide a positive testimonial.
Photo Release:
- I, hereby grant 1st Impression Radio the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs or images taken of me in connection with my participation in 1st Impression Radio activities. I understand that these photographs may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to, online platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional videos.
- I affirm that I am the legal owner of the rights to the photograph(s) provided or that I have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright owner.
Release Conditions:
- I understand that 1st Impression Radio is not obligated to use the testimonials or photos provided and may choose to edit or remove them at its discretion. I acknowledge that once my testimonial or photo is used, it may be publicly accessible, and I release 1st Impression Radio from any liability arising from the use of the testimonial or photo.
Effective Date:
- This release is effective as of the date of my submission.
